1. Who you are buying from
Coach Brooker is operated by Joe Brooker, trading as Coach Brooker. In these terms, “Joe”, “Coach Brooker”, “we” and “us” mean that business.

2. The coaching service
Premium Coaching is a personalised online fitness-coaching service for adults aged 18 or over. It includes an individual training plan, practical nutrition guidance, weekly reviews, direct coaching support and access to the client community while your term is active.
Coaching is educational fitness support. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or emergency care, and it does not guarantee a particular result. Results depend on factors including participation, health, recovery and circumstances outside Joe's control.
3. Price and term
The total price and minimum term are shown before payment. Current options are £537 for three months, £999 for six months and £1,899 for twelve months, each paid once upfront. The website does not renew or charge these terms automatically.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your place is not confirmed until Stripe accepts payment. Joe will contact you at the email used at checkout to agree onboarding and the coaching start date.
4. Starting during the cancellation period
You normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel without giving a reason. During enrolment you may expressly ask Joe to begin onboarding within that period. If you do and then cancel after work has started, you may be charged a reasonable proportion for the service already supplied before cancellation.

5. Your safety responsibilities
You agree to answer the pre-exercise screen honestly, tell Joe about relevant changes, work within your ability, use appropriate equipment and stop if you experience pain, dizziness or feel unwell. If there is a reason to seek medical clearance, you should do so before beginning.
Exercise carries inherent risk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Working together
Joe will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. You are responsible for completing agreed check-ins and providing accurate information needed to adapt your programme. Coaching may be paused while essential safety information or medical clearance is outstanding.
Respectful conduct is required in direct messages and the client community. Serious harassment, abuse or misuse may result in access being suspended or ended. Any refund due will be considered fairly and in line with your statutory rights.
7. Availability and changes
Joe may make reasonable changes to training delivery, apps or community tools where the overall coaching service remains materially the same. If illness or circumstances prevent delivery for a material period, Joe will agree an appropriate pause, extension or refund with you.
8. Personal information
The privacy notice explains what information is used for enrolment, payment, safety and delivery, including the limited health-screening outcome recorded with your explicit consent.
9. Problems and governing law
Please contact Joe first so a problem can be put right quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory consumer protections and may bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable law.
