Who controls your information
Joe Brooker, trading as Coach Brooker, is the controller of personal information collected through this website and used to deliver Premium Coaching.

What is collected
- your name, email, country and communications;
- information you choose to share when arranging a call or discussing coaching;
- basic security and server records created when the site is used.
Coach Brooker does not collect health-screen answers through this website. If you decide to work together, Joe will explain the information needed to coach you safely before onboarding begins.
Why it is used
- to take steps at your request, arrange a call and perform the coaching contract if you choose to work together;
- to meet legal, accounting and consumer-protection obligations;
- for legitimate interests in protecting the site, preventing misuse, answering enquiries and resolving disputes; and
- with your explicit consent, to record and use any health information genuinely needed to coach you safely after you choose to proceed.
You can withdraw consent for future use of health information by contacting Joe. Withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful, but it may mean coaching has to pause if the information is genuinely needed for safe delivery.
Who processes it
Information is shared only where needed with service providers that host the website and database, Calendly for scheduling, Google Meet for video calls, and the communication or coaching tools used after you choose to work with Joe. Those providers process information under their own terms and/or data-processing obligations.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms are relied on.
How long it is kept
Call and enquiry records are normally removed after 30 days when they are no longer needed. Coaching-contract, consent and transaction records are normally kept for up to six years after coaching ends where needed for legal, tax or dispute purposes. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use advertising analytics or non-essential tracking cookies. Hosting and scheduling providers may use strictly necessary technologies to operate and secure their services.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and can withdraw consent. Contact Joe using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
